Mô tả công việc
- Prepare mise-en-place, dining setup and service stations before operating hours according to hotel standards.
- Clean, sort and properly store restaurant equipment, utensils, chinaware, glassware and operating supplies.
- Greet guests warmly, escort and seat guests appropriately according to operational standards.
- Present menus, explain menu items and provide recommendations when required.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate orders clearly to the Kitchen and Bar teams.
- Set up, refill and clear buffet stations according to operational standards.
- Assist in In-Room Dining operations including order taking, tray setup and food delivery when required.
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently during service operations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in Restaurants, Hotels or Food & Beverage operations is an advantage.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Knowledge of Restaurant service standards and basic beverage service.
- Understanding of POS systems and cashier handling procedures.
