Beauty Stylist - Resort Spa

§ Deliver nail care services including shaping, massage, painting (gel, shellac, polish), and nail art.

§ Perform hair services including washing, basic cuts, styling, and scalp treatments.

§ Consult with guests to assess needs, explain treatment techniques, and provide recommendations.

§ Adhere to universal health and hygiene protocols; maintain strict sanitation standards.

§ Maintain knowledge and safe use of salon tools and equipment for both nail and hair services.

§ Keep treatment areas always clean, following a “clean as you go” standard.

§ Stay current with certifications, skills, and treatment techniques.

§ Actively promote spa services, retail products, and return visits to enhance guest experience.

§ Maintain accurate guest records, history, and preferences.

§ Handle guest concerns and emergencies with urgency and discretion.

§ Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and grooming standards always.

§ Contribute to the continuous improvement of spa treatments/services and procedures.

§ Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

§ High School graduate preferred.

§ Possession of all licenses or certifications required by law for this role.

§ Excellent grooming standards and strong attention to detail.

§ Proficiency in Vietnamese and the ability to communicate in basic English.

§ Ability to work independently with initiative and minimal supervision.

§ Strong interpersonal skills to create comfortable and professional guest experience.

§ Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond with warmth and professionalism.

§ Highly organized, able to multi-task, and work well in a team environment.

§ Physically fit, with no medical conditions or allergies that could affect performance.

§ Must pass health checks as required by Vietnamese Law for Spa Operation.
