Mô tả công việc

* Identify training needs through department collaboration and performance analysis.

* Develop, facilitate, and oversee training programs (e.g., service standards, soft skills, leadership, and operational training).

* Create and maintain comprehensive training materials, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide performance feedback to HODs.

* Onboard new hires and ensure a seamless integration into the resort’s culture and service standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (Luxury Resort/Hotel experience is highly preferred).

* Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

* Fluency in both Vietnamese and English.

* Deep understanding of hospitality service standards and operational workflows.

* Ability to work independently, lead teams, and adapt to the fast-paced nature of a resort environment.

* Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field.
