Receiving Officer/ Nhân viên nhận hàng (Base in Đà Nẵng/ Làm việc tại Đà Nẵng)

1. To receive all merchandize ordered by the purchase manager strictly in accordance with the standards and specifications laid out.

2. To physically inspect all merchandize as per purchase requisitions.

3. To conduct quantitative and qualitative checks on the merchandize received.

4. To ensure that all goods received are undamaged, and are in accordance with the standards specified in the Purchase Order.

5. To ensure delivery of goods received to the correct store room or department in accordance with departmental procedure.

6. All invoice for delivered goods are immediately posted into the SCM system by the receiving department for proper receiving report and should be submitted to Cost Control on a daily basis without fail at or before 5:00pm.

7. To assist month end inventory counts as requested by immediate superior.

8. To ensure that correct all items and quantity are accurately received in Check SCM
