POSITION SUMMARY

• Assist the Bellman team in providing courteous and professional service to residence owners, guests, and visitors. Support daily operations by helping escort individuals, opening doors, and assisting with luggage and personal belongings under supervision. Learn to safely transport items such as groceries, packages, and baggage between vehicles, units, and common areas.
• Provide basic directions to guests when needed and support the maintenance of a clean and organized entrance, lobby, and surrounding areas. Observe and assist with vehicle handling procedures, including supporting valet coordination when required.
• Communicate politely with residents and guests, demonstrating strong customer service skills and professionalism at all times. Learn to anticipate guest needs, respond appropriately, and maintain confidentiality of resident and property information.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures, report incidents to supervisors, and maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure a safe environment. Perform physical tasks such as walking, standing for extended periods, and handling light to moderate loads with proper guidance.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned while actively developing skills and knowledge required for a full Bellman role.

• Final year student of freshly graduates
