Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Management
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with HODs on manpower planning.
- Ensure timely hiring, maintain talent pool, and strengthen employer branding.
2. Onboarding & Orientation
- Conduct onboarding and orientation programs.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth probation integration.
3. Training & Development
- Deliver training programs: soft skills, compliance, and brand standards training.
- Develop and execute training plans with HODs.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Support development of training materials and SOPs.
4. Performance & Development
- Support performance appraisal and identify training needs.
- Propose employee development and career pathways.
5. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare periodic reports on recruitment, training, and HR metrics.
6. KPI | Key Performance Indicators
- Time-to-fill, quality of hire, probation turnover rate.
- Training completion and effectiveness.
- Onboarding satisfaction and reporting accuracy.
7. Information Security
- Ensure strict confidentiality of HR data and compliance with data protection regulations.
* Additional Responsibilities
- Support HR projects, internal compliance audits, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
- Support uniform control, HR data, and urgent staffing needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc
- College/University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment and training; experience in the hospitality/resort industry is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to conduct training sessions, deliver presentations, and develop basic training materials.
- Basic knowledge of labor law and HR procedures.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Good command of English communication is an advantage.
