We’re looking for someone who can sit right between chaos and structure — someone who enjoys making things run smoothly without killing the soul of the place.
This role is part operations brain, part floor support, part future leader.
You’ll work closely with the founders to keep the bar running day-to-day: from scheduling people, managing inventory, to making sure the team is trained and aligned.
If you’re curious about wine, even better — it’d be ideal to combine this role with the assistant sommelier role!

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Staffing & Scheduling
- Plan weekly staff schedules based on service flow and expected volume
- Manage shift changes, coverage, and last-minute adjustments
- Track working hours and ensure fairness + efficiency
- Support hiring coordination (interviews, trial shifts, onboarding)
2. Inventory & Reporting
- Track wine and bar inventory (daily / weekly checks)
- Coordinate restocking and supplier orders
- Monitor shrinkage, breakage, and wastage
- Prepare simple reports (sales, inventory movement, cost tracking)
3. Bar Administration
- Maintain operational documents (checklists, SOPs, logs)
- Ensure tools, glassware, and bar setup are always service-ready
- Organize and maintain paperwork
4. Training & Team Development
- Help onboard and train new staff (FOH basics, service flow, bar setup)
- Reinforce service standards and team culture
- Identify gaps in performance and suggest improvements
- Work with founders on training materials (especially wine)
5. Floor Support
- Help maintain flow between kitchen, bar, and guests
- Be a calm, reliable presence when things get busy
Yêu cầu hồ sơ
- At least 2+ years of related work experience
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with both structure (Excel, tracking) and chaos (service hours)
- Good with people and lead with example
- Not afraid to take ownership and fix problems
- Interested in hospitality, not just “a job”
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- A calm, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
