This role is ideal for someone who loves hospitality and wants to deepen their knowledge of wine. You’ll work closely with our sommelier, participate in tastings, and gradually learn how to introduce wines with confidence and authenticity.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure smooth communication between guests and the kitchen/bar.
- Learn and assist with basic wine service (opening, pouring, glass care).
- Maintain tables, service areas, and bar cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Provide attentive, genuine service that reflects the spirit of 2cms.
- Participate in pre-service briefings, tastings, and ongoing training sessions.
Yêu cầu hồ sơ
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Interest in wine and a burning curiosity to learn about it.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- A calm, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
