Mô tả công việc

  • Maintain professional grooming, hygiene.
  • Check on upcoming events/promotions and make announcements to the staff, handle the event or private groups of VIPs.
  • Work with the Hostess for daily booking and planning the table layout to maximize the capacity but also ensure the comfort of the other guests.
  • Ensure the restaurant is always clean, tidy, and in good functional. All the equipment like table, chair, AC, lighting, and other equipment is working and in good condition.
  • Ensure the service/food/drink quality is good according to the company SOP.
  • Ensure Food safety and hygiene in the Restaurant.
  • Check on guest satisfaction, aware of any dissatisfaction symptoms to avoid any potential problems. Handle the problem, if it's out of your authority inform the manager to help you with the problem.
  • Assist/help serve the guest when necessary.
  • Observing and reporting daily restaurant operations like revenues, complaints, and staff performance directly to the manager.
  • Performing monthly inventory and reporting to the manager.
  • Managed staff roster.
  • Performance of other's tasks assigned by the manager.

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Captain or Supervisor in a dine-in restaurant.
  • Good English communication, Japanese is preferred
  • Knowledge about Sake, Wine, and Japanese cuisine (omakase)
  • Following company policy, rules, and SOPs.

  • Honesty, Responsibility, Enthusiastic, Discipline.
  • Ability to work overtime if required, working on a holiday, Tet.
  • Ability to Co-op working with other departments, management, problem-solving, training and maintaining a high quality of service.
