Mô tả công việc

- Provides administrative support to the Department to ensure smooth operation. (contract, roster and related admin tasks)

- Sets up a systematic and efficient filing system.

- Prepares the relevant materials for all Departmental meetings

- Types, takes minutes, drafts letters, file and traces, composes correspondence

- Ensures that the Food & Beverage’s promotion programs are updated at set scheduled to all concerned

- At least 2 year experience at same position

- Effective English communication written and spoken

- Basic F&B knowledge - Organization, planning and time management
