I. Job Description
- Welcome and greet guests in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with the hotel's standards and procedures.
- Receive, handle, or coordinate the resolution of guests’ requests, inquiries, and complaints throughout their stay.
- Provide information about hotel services and introduce and promote products and services to guests.
- Assist guests with transportation and service bookings and provide travel information when required.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the best possible guest experience.
- Handle cashiering, payment processing, and invoice reconciliation in accordance with regulations.
- Update guest information and prepare relevant reports as requested by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head.

- College degree or above, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Fluent in spoken English.
- Relevant work experience and experience using Opera.
