Guest Experience Host

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests at check-in/check-out and set the tone for their stay
• Communicate with guests in English via messages, calls, and face-to-face interactions
• Handle guest requests and complaints calmly, professionally, and proactively
• Coordinate luggage, airport transfers, local recommendations, and other in-stay requests
• Inspect units before guest arrival to make sure everything is clean, complete, and ready
• Travel between our District 1 units to support guests and operations
• Report issues to Housekeeping/Maintenance and follow up until they are resolved
• Update shift reports and guest information via our internal system
• Work rotating shifts: morning / afternoon-evening, with the last shift running 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM

1/ Compensation & Rewards

• Total monthly income: 10,000,000 – 12,000,000 VND gross, including mobility and meal allowances
• Monthly KPI bonus and commissions from partner services
• 13th-month salary based on business performance
• Salary progression based on tenure & performance

What We Need From You

• 6 months–2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, travel, airline, retail, F&B or other guest-facing roles.
• Working-level English — confident enough to handle check-ins, resolve complaints, and message international guests professionally
• Own a motorbike and be comfortable traveling between Circadian properties as needed
• Available for rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Comfortable with an active role that involves standing, walking and moving between locations during the shift
• A calm, composed mindset — able to stay level-headed in unexpected or sensitive situations

Nice to Have

• Experience with Airbnb, Booking, or a hotel/serviced-apartment PMS
• A third language (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, etc.)
• Quick thinking and adaptability when things get busy
