At Circadian, we don't run apartments — we host experiences.
Every stay is built on thoughtful details, genuine hospitality, and people who care. As a Guest Experience Host, you'll be the first hello and the last goodbye our guests remember. If you take pride in making people feel welcome, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests at check-in/check-out and set the tone for their stay
- Respond to guest messages and calls in English; handle complaints calmly
- Coordinate luggage, transfers, local tips, and in-stay requests
- Travel around District 1 by motorbike to support units (fuel allowance included)
- Report issues to Housekeeping/Maintenance and update shift reports via internal system
- Rotating shifts: morning / afternoon (to 09:00 PM)

You're a Good Fit If You
- Have 1+ year in hospitality, Airbnb, hotel, or a guest-facing role
- Communicate confidently in practical, everyday English
- Own a motorbike and can move around District 1 easily
- Stay calm and composed when things get unpredictable
- Are available for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
Nice to have: Airbnb/Booking.com/PMS experience, or a third language (Chinese, Korean, Japanese).
