Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures.

Welcome guests and provide information regarding hotel facilities and services.

Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally.

Ensure service standards are consistently maintained.

Assist guests during emergencies or after-hours situations.

Perform daily night audit procedures.

Verify and reconcile departmental revenues.

Review guest accounts and transaction postings.

Balance cash, invoices, and payment records.

Complete end-of-day system closing procedures.

Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports.

Update room status and operational records.

Record incidents and important information for shift handover.

Complete Front Office administrative duties as assigned.

Monitor hotel security conditions during the night shift.

Coordinate with Security in handling unusual situations.

Follow fire safety, health, and security regulations.

Report incidents affecting guests or hotel operations promptly.

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of Front Office experience; Night Audit experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
