Mô tả công việc

Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Engineering Department.
Maintain and control engineering documents, drawings, manuals, contracts, and project records.
Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
Assist in tracking project progress, contractor activities, and pre-opening engineering tasks.
Support purchasing processes, including Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and invoice tracking.
Maintain preventive maintenance records, asset lists, and engineering reports.
Coordinate communication between the Engineering Department and other departments.

The resort features four F&B outlets: two restaurants, a poolside bar and grill, and a lobby lounge. It also boasts a 750-square-meter ballroom and three meeting rooms, totaling 1,100 square meters of function space, making it the third largest among hotels in Da Nang and Hoi An. Additional amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, spa, kid’s club, and water activities center. The resort is easily accessible, being approximately a 5-minute drive northeast of Hoi An’s Ancient Town, an 8-minute drive southeast of two golf resorts and Marble Mountain, a 15-minute drive from Da Nang resorts, and a 45-minute drive from downtown Da Nang City. The hotel is estimated to open in November 2026.
