Mô tả công việc

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learning & Development

  • Coordinate and conduct New Hire Orientation programs
  • Manage monthly training calendars and monitor training hours across departments.
  • Support the implementation of annual training plans.
  • Coordinate with HOD for training demands and plans.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Train-the-Trainer program.
  • Track training records and maintain learning documentations.

2. Employee Engagement

  • Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, recognition programs, and internal events.
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.

3. Recruitment Support

  • Assist with recruitment coordination, candidate scheduling, and onboarding activities.
  • Support recruitment projects, job fairs, and talent sourcing initiatives when required.

4. Other tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or Hospitality Operations.
  • Experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality environments is preferred.
  • Good presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
