Mô tả công việc

Respond to any questions from guests and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction.
Take and confirm reservations and cancellations.
Supply guests with information regarding property amenities, services, room features, and local areas of interest and activities.
Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., spa services, transportation, religious services, babysitting, financial services, business center services, interpretation services, reservations, dry cleaning, entertainment/sporting events, shopping) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest requests.
Collaborate with management to develop and carry-out ideas and procedures and set goals to continuously improve department performance.
Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards.

The 220-key Hoi An Marriott Resort & Spa is centrally located in Hoi An’s coastal resort area along Cua Dai Beach. The resort features four F&B outlets: two restaurants, a poolside bar and grill, and a lobby lounge. It also boasts a 750-square-meter ballroom and three meeting rooms, totaling 1,100 square meters of function space, making it the third largest among hotels in Da Nang and Hoi An. Additional amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, spa, kid’s club, and water activities center. The resort is easily accessible, being approximately a 5-minute drive northeast of Hoi An’s Ancient Town, an 8-minute drive southeast of two golf resorts and Marble Mountain, a 15-minute drive from Da Nang resorts, and a 45-minute drive from downtown Da Nang City. The hotel is estimated to open in November 2026.
