Bar Attendant / Nhân Viên Phục Vụ Quầy Bar

- Welcome guests warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately, and deliver prompt, professional service.

- Prepare and serve beverages, cocktails, snacks, and garnishes while maintaining product quality and presentation.

- Recommend menu items and actively upsell food and beverage promotions to maximize revenue.

- Build guest relationships by remembering preferences, handling feedback, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

- Process guest bills accurately and thank guests upon departure to provide a memorable service experience.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and work area throughout operations.

- Monitor stock levels, collect requisitioned supplies, and support effective inventory and cost control.

- Comply with hotel policies, HACCP food safety standards, hygiene requirements, and emergency procedures.

- Attend trainings and briefings, maintain a professional appearance, and perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager or hotel management.

- Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred.

- Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.

- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
