• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Office Administration, English, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and document management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Ability to prepare reports, meeting minutes, and business correspondence in both Vietnamese and English.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
