Deputy General Manager

• Assist the Department Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising daily departmental operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
• Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Act as the Department Manager in their absence.

People Management

• Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to achieve departmental objectives.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation.
• Prepare work schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Foster teamwork, discipline, and a positive working environment.

Guest Service & Quality

• Ensure exceptional guest service in accordance with luxury hospitality standards.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Monitor service quality and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Financial & Business Performance

• Assist in preparing departmental budgets and controlling operating expenses.
• Monitor departmental KPIs, productivity, and business performance.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.

Administration & Reporting

• Prepare operational reports and performance analyses.
• Maintain accurate departmental records and documentation.
• Attend management meetings and support the implementation of strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
