Mô tả công việc

Responsible for supporting the implementation of the hotel's Food & Beverage sales strategy to maximize revenue across restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, catering, and special dining events. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and working closely with the Food & Beverage, Events, Marketing, and Sales teams to achieve commercial objectives while delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with Pullman and Accor brand standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Hotel Sales, F&B Sales, Catering Sales, Banquet Sales, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience in an international hotel chain (preferably Accor) is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and hotel sales practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Commercially driven with strong sales and business development abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel sales/CRM systems (e.g., Opera Cloud, Delphi, Salesforce).
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Able to work independently, under pressure, and as part of a cross-functional team.
