Marketing Coordinator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Job summary

• Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Communications & Marketing, within the limits of hotel policies and procedures, effectively assist Sales team in general administration and executing sales coordination of all enquiries in a most professional.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing Activities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities and seasonal offers.

• Coordinate with internal departments to gather information for marketing materials and promotions.

• Support digital marketing activities including website updates, social media, email marketing and online advertising.

• Coordinate photo and video shoots for hotel facilities, events and promotional campaigns.

• Assist in creating marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, banners, newsletters and presentations.

• Maintain the hotel's marketing asset library including photos, videos and brand materials.

• Monitor competitors' marketing activities and provide market intelligence.

• Support public relations activities and media visits.

• Coordinate influencer, KOL and media partnerships when required.

• Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, roadshows and hotel activations.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Hospitality Marketing is preferred.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Creative, proactive and detail-oriented.

• Must have a high degree of professional integrity and be able to work in a well-organized manner.
