F&B Restaurant Supervisor

1. Restaurant Operations & Service Excellence

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
• Maintain buffet, à la carte service, restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and table setup according to brand standards.
• Conduct daily briefings, communicate menu updates and promotions, and support the team during operations.

2. Guest Experience & Service Recovery

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized and attentive service.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement service recovery when required.

3. Team Leadership & Training

• Supervise, motivate, and coach restaurant associates to maintain service excellence.
• Conduct on-the-job training on SOPs, product knowledge, upselling, and guest service.
• Monitor staff grooming, attendance, discipline, and support onboarding of new employees.

4. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Promote menu specials and seasonal offerings.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
• Monitor sales performance and support revenue growth initiatives.

5. Administrative & Operational Control

• Prepare staff assignments and support scheduling.
• Ensure accurate cashiering, inventory control, and maintenance follow-up.
• Maintain compliance with hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards.
• Good English communication skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, well-groomed.
