Job Purpose: The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, achieving financial goals, and maintaining high standards of service, food quality, hygiene, and team performance.
1. Restaurant Operations
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Maintain service quality, guest satisfaction, and brand standards.
- Oversee reservations, table allocation, and service efficiency.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
2. Guest Experience
- Deliver memorable dining experiences through personalized service.
- Build guest relationships and monitor satisfaction.
- Ensure excellent hospitality for all guests, especially VIPs.
3. Financial Management
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Control labor, food, beverage, and operating costs.
- Monitor sales performance and support revenue-driving initiatives.
4. Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant associates.
- Conduct daily briefings, prepare schedules, and monitor performance.
- Foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
5. Food Safety & Hygiene
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, equipment, and coordinate maintenance.
6. Pre-Opening Responsibilities
- Support restaurant setup, SOP implementation, recruitment, and training.
- Coordinate menu tastings, service rehearsals, POS setup, and operational readiness.
- Ensure a successful restaurant opening on schedule and within budget.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in an upscale hotel or standalone restaurant.
- Mandatory experience in at least one restaurant pre-opening project.
- Experience managing a Fusion or Contemporary À La Carte restaurant is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Good understanding of restaurant financial management and cost control.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beverages, and modern dining service.
- Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
