Club House Attendant

1. Be responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the swimming pool area, gymnasium, and sauna room./ Chịu trách nhiệm lau chùi, quét dọn khu vực hồ bơi, phòng thể dục và phòng xông hơi.

2. Vacuum and clean the swimming pool, wading pool, and sauna room daily, and monitor water quality on a daily basis./ Hàng ngày hút rác hồ bơi lớn, hồ bơi trẻ em, phòng xông hơi và việc kiểm tra chất lượng nước hồ bơi.

3. Maintain all gymnasium equipment in good working condition, control inventory, and replace pool and gym towels as required./ Đảm bảo các thiết bị trong phòng thể dục luôn trong tình trạng hoạt động tốt, kiểm tra tồn kho và thay khăn hồ bơi, phòng thể dục khi cần thiết.

4. Maintain cleanliness in the laundrette and shower rooms./ Đảm bảo sự sạch sẽ tại phòng giặt và phòng tắm.

5. Instruct and assist residents/guests in the proper use of gymnasium equipment./ Hướng dẫn khách sử dụng các máy tập trong phòng thể dục.

6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management./ Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.

7. Act as a Bellman when required./ Thực hiện công việc của nhân viên hỗ trợ hành lý khi có yêu cầu.

8. Ensure the luggage room is clean and organized, trolleys are maintained in good condition for operational purposes./ Đảm bảo phòng hành lý luôn sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp và các xe đẩy hành lý luôn trong tình trạng hoạt động tốt phục vụ công tác vận hành.

9. Possess thorough knowledge of the hotel's products and services./ Am hiểu sản phẩm và dịch vụ của khách sạn.

10. Serve as a liaison between guests and management by communicating with guests to understand their expectations and contribute to the improvement of service standards./ Là cầu nối giữa khách và Ban Quản lý nhằm tìm hiểu nhu cầu, mong đợi của khách để góp phần nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ.

11. Undertake any other responsibilities and duties assigned by the General Manager, Front Office Manager Manager/Supervisor, or Management./ Thực hiện các trách nhiệm và nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của Tổng Quản lý, Trưởng bộ phận, Giám sát viên hoặc Ban Quản lý.

12. The employee must be in line with ISO 14000./ Nhân viên phải tuân thủ các yêu cầu của hệ thống quản lý môi trường ISO 14000.

13. Ensure safety at the working areas to avoid possible accident. / Đảm bảo an toàn nơi làm việc để tránh tai nạn có thể xảy ra.

14. Adhere to the hotel's workplace safety policies and procedures and report any safety concerns to the Manager or Head of Department/ Nhân viên chấp hành các quy định và yêu cầu về đảm bảo an toàn nơi làm việc, báo cáo các vấn đề về an toàn lên quản lý hoặc trưởng bộ phận.

15. Be aware of actual and potential workplace safety risks associated with work activities and understand the benefits of improved personal safety performance./ Nhận thức được các rủi ro an toàn hiện hữu và tiềm ẩn trong công việc, đồng thời hiểu rõ lợi ích của việc nâng cao ý thức và hiệu quả an toàn lao động.

16. Attend relevant training programs and professional development courses as required../ Tham gia các chương trình đào tạo liên quan đến chuyên môn, nghiệp vụ khi được yêu cầu.

High school degree. / Tốt nghiệp phổ thông trung học

At least 1 years as health club attendant. / Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm là nhân viên câu lạc bộ.
