Mô tả công việc

This position is responsible for supporting activities at the People & Culture Department. Including Administration tasks, initial translation for document and involve in internal event organization, as well as other training initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities: To be fully conversant with

• Greet all guests in a courteous manner.

• Assisting in initial document translation.

• Assisting in prepare document and welcoming new heartists such as name tag JD etc.

• Ensure all paper trails are recorded and deliver to correct recipients

• Ensure the confidentiality in all aspect.

• Assisting in filling, updating the notice board.

• Assisting the People & Culture Department to search and contact school/vocational school for potential employment and casual.

• Assisting the People & Culture Department for recruitment collaterals, updating the social media news.

• Assisting in organize internal events, social activities and school visit/tour.

• Assisting the People & Culture Department in training activities

• Perform other task assigned by the People & Culture Department.

• Prefer Diploma in Human Resources Management/Hotel & Tourism Management.

• Proficiency in English language and be able to translate

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team

• Self-motivated and energetic
