• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounting Department, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Analyze financial results and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with corporate standards, accounting principles, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Cashier, Cost Control, Income Audit, General Ledger, and Purchasing functions.
• Monitor costs, inventory, and departmental expenses to ensure financial targets are achieved.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Provide financial guidance and business support to the General Manager and Executive Committee.
• Develop and coach the Finance team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of Finance leadership experience, preferably as Financial Controller or Assistant Financial Controller in an international hotel or luxury resort.
• Strong knowledge of hotel financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Experience with hotel management systems and ERP software (SAP experience is highly preferred).
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
