Graphic Designer

BASIC FUNCTION:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and developing visual materials to support the hotel's branding, marketing, sales, and internal communication activities. This position ensures that all designs are creative, professional, consistent with Centara brand standards, and suitable for both online and offline communication channels.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Design marketing and promotional materials such as posters, banners, brochures, flyers, menus, vouchers, invitations, social media posts, digital screens, and event backdrops.

2. Ensure all design materials follow Centara brand guidelines, hotel identity, and professional visual standards.

3. Support the Marketing Communications team in creating content for Facebook, Zalo, website, email campaigns, and other digital platforms. 4. Coordinate with departments such as Sales, F&B, Spa, Front Office, Human Resources, and Events to develop design materials according to operational needs.

5. Edit and retouch photos for promotional, internal communication, and branding purposes.

6. Prepare artwork files for printing and work closely with printing suppliers to ensure quality, size, color, and deadline requirements.

7. Support hotel events, campaigns, recruitment activities, training programs, and internal engagement activities through creative design.

8. Maintain and organize design files, photo libraries, brand assets, templates, and marketing materials for easy access and future use.

9. Keep updated with design trends, hospitality marketing visuals, and

competitor activities to improve creative output.

10. Assist with photo shooting, video editing, and simple motion graphics when required.

11. Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced hotel environment.

12. Ensure all visual materials are accurate, appropriate, and approved by the relevant department before release.

13. Comply with hotel policies, brand standards, confidentiality requirements, grooming standards, and safety regulations.

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field.

2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality, tourism, retail, or lifestyle brands.

3. Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or other design software.

4. Basic skills in photography, video editing, and social media content design are an advantage.

5. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail, layout, typography, color, and branding.

6. Good communication and coordination skills.

7. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.

8. Good command of Vietnamese; basic English communication and understanding of brand guidelines are preferred.

9. Positive attitude, responsibility, teamwork spirit, and willingness to support hotel operations.
