Mô tả công việc
- Làm việc trực tiếp với các đối tác B2B quốc tế để tiếp nhận yêu cầu và phát triển các chương trình tour phù hợp.
- Cung cấp tư vấn hành trình, báo giá và hoàn tất dịch vụ theo yêu cầu của khách hàng hiện có.
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các điều hành tour để đảm bảo hành trình được thực hiện đúng lịch trình và đạt tiêu chuẩn cao nhất.
- Thực hiện toàn bộ công việc thông qua tiếng Anh (email, chat, cuộc gọi).

- Competitive and attractive salary:
- The basic salary is stable, ranging from 8,000,000 to 15,000,000 VND per month, regardless of business performance.
- Total monthly income ranges from VND 15,000,000 to VND 30,000,000, including basic salary and well-deserved performance bonuses.
- Comprehensive benefits package:
- Lunch/transportation allowance of 50,000 VND per working day.
- Full participation in Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance as required by law immediately after signing the official contract.

Job requirements:
- Excellent communication skills: Able to listen attentively, present information clearly and persuasively, and build strong relationships with existing B2B clients.
- Effective problem-solving skills: Proactively seeking and providing optimal solutions to customer needs and problems, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Outstanding customer service skills: Always putting the customer first, providing professional, dedicated service and timely support.
- Passion for travel: Having a love for and understanding of the tourism industry is an advantage, making it easier for you to connect with and advise customers.
- Learning mindset: Willing to acquire new knowledge, hone skills, and continuously develop oneself in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work under pressure: Able to work effectively under sales pressure and deadlines, ensuring that set goals are met.
- English proficiency: Equivalent to IELTS 6.0+ or TOEIC 750+ for effective communication with international clients and access to specialized materials.
- No experience or extensive training required: We welcome recent graduates or candidates looking to change careers, and are ready to train you to become a true B2B sales expert.

Required documents:
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields).
- Professional skills:
- Effective communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills at the B2B level.
- Excellent listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to quickly grasp knowledge about complex products/services.
- Personal qualities:
- Proactive attitude, high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- A positive attitude, perseverance, and a strong customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle work pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Ready to learn and develop myself.
- Language:
- Fluent in Vietnamese.
- Good spoken English (reading, writing, and speaking) is an advantage.
- Other requirements:
- It is possible to start work immediately.
