- Assist in researching, gathering data, and identifying potential clients in the market under the guidance of management.
- Assist in preparing sales materials, drafting contracts, proposals, and basic correspondence using available templates.
- Support the Sales team in welcoming clients, preparing for, and participating in site visits at the property.
- Accurately input and update client information and task statuses into the department's database/CRM system.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to support logistical tasks, ensuring events and client requests are thoroughly prepared.
- Perform other administrative duties for the Sales & Marketing department as assigned and directed by management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Final-year student or recent graduate with a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, Foreign Languages, or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese is essential for client communication and internal document processing.
- Experience: No prior experience required (training will be provided). However, basic knowledge of or a strong interest in the luxury hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Dynamic, eager to learn, and highly responsible.
- Professional demeanor, flexible, and willing to take on assigned tasks.
