• Prepare cocktails, mocktails, coffee, tea, wine, beer, and spirits according to standard recipes.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Prepare daily mise en place before each shift.
• Maintain freshness of garnishes and ingredients.

2. Bar Operations

• Set up and clean the bar before, during, and after service.
• Ensure all bar equipment is clean and functioning properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.

3. Inventory & Cost Control

• Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies when required.
• Follow standard pouring measurements to control beverage costs.
• Minimize wastage and breakage.
• Participate in inventory counts and stock control.
• Report damaged equipment or shortages immediately.

4. Hygiene & Safety

• Follow HACCP and food safety standards.
• Maintain excellent personal grooming and hygiene.
• Comply with hotel health and safety regulations.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with company policies.

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality or Food & Beverage is preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bar.
• Good knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Familiar with POS systems.
