Promotion & Tournament Management

• Develop and manage the annual promotions calendar, including recurring campaigns and gaming tournaments (Slots & Tables).
• Oversee the creation of promotion mechanics, prize structures, and operational workflows.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Event Planning & Execution

• Lead the planning and execution of major casino events such as VIP galas, themed celebrations, entertainment nights, and special activations.
• Manage budgeting, vendor sourcing, production timelines, and on‑site coordination.
• Ensure all events deliver a seamless, premium experience consistent with the resort’s luxury standards.

Operational Oversight & Cross‑Department Coordination

• Work closely with Gaming Operations, F&B, Security, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of all promotions and events.
• Establish clear processes, documentation, and communication to support efficient operations.
• Monitor event and promotion performance to ensure objectives are met.

Budget Management & Performance Reporting

• Oversee budgets for assigned promotions and events, ensuring cost control and strong ROI.
• Review and prepare post‑event and post‑campaign analysis reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve future initiatives.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in casino marketing, events, hospitality, or entertainment.
• Strong understanding of casino promotional mechanics and event operations.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and guest experience.
• Fluency in English; Vietnamese or Chinese/Korean is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Flexibility: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as these are the peak times for casino events.
• Environment: Dynamic, fast-paced, and high-pressure gaming environment.
