[BANYAN] SPA_Asst. Spa Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Spa to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure all guests receive exceptional, personalized, and memorable wellness experiences in accordance with brand standards.
• Supervise Spa Therapists and Spa Receptionists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maintain high levels of performance and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor daily appointments, therapist productivity, room utilization, and treatment schedules to maximize operational efficiency and revenue.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring effective service recovery.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing spa associates to enhance technical skills, product knowledge, and service excellence.
• Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate staffing levels based on business demands.
• Drive retail sales and treatment upselling through team coaching and effective sales initiatives to achieve departmental revenue targets.
• Monitor inventory levels of spa products, retail items, linens, and operational supplies, ensuring proper stock control and cost management.
• Ensure all treatment rooms, public areas, equipment, and facilities are clean, well-maintained, and comply with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Support the implementation of promotional activities, wellness programs, and seasonal campaigns to increase guest engagement and revenue.
• Assist in preparing operational reports, analyzing business performance, and recommending improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and brand standards at all times.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and guest-focused working environment while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Spa Manager or the Director of Rooms/General Manager.

• Salary is competitive.
• 100% Service charge, effective from the probation period.
• 12 days annual leave; 2 day-offs per week.

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-organized with attention to detail
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours when required

• 1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
• Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
• Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome for entry-level positions
