Mô tả công việc

Product & Platform. Work directly with the engineering team to build true OTA functionality: real-time availability, multi-rate-plan room pages, instant confirmation, and channel manager integrations (SiteMinder, D-EDGE, and others).
Partner Acquisition & Onboarding. Recruit and sign direct contracts with hotels and resorts; guide partners through setup and content, and take each property from demo to live status.
Partner Revenue Optimization. Advise partners on pricing, rate plans, cancellation policies, promotions, and content quality to improve visibility and conversion on the platform.
Operations. Establish and run core OTA workflows: booking handling, payment reconciliation, partner support, and performance reporting.

Yêu cầu công việc

4+ years of experience at an OTA (e.g., Agoda, Booking.com, Traveloka, Trip.com) in market management, partner services, or supply — or as Revenue / E-commerce Manager at a 4–5 star hotel or resort.
Deep understanding of channel managers, rate and inventory distribution, and OTA commercial models.
Ability to translate business requirements into clear specifications for a technical team (no coding required).
Fluent English; Korean, Chinese, or Japanese is a strong plus.
Strong commercial negotiation skills and an existing network of hotel contacts in Vietnam is an advantage.
