Income Auditor

• To audit all daily incomes that have been received by the hotel and to ensure that all relevant revenues such as rooms, food and beverage and other revenues, are correctly and completely recognized and recorded in the General Ledger System. Audit all revenue and income of the Resort ensure that the revenue is correct and exactly.

• To verify that sales from Food & Beverage department, reviewed by the night audit are correct. Check the food and beverage revenue by comparing the 2 copy of waiter Captain Order (one copy from Kitchen and the other from cashier) with invoice (bill) and the amount inputted system.

• To verify that sales from other operation departments, reviewed by the night audit are correct.

• To ensure that all sales voucher form and VAT invoices are used in sequence, with any lost and voided vouchers have to be reported, and to file them per section and in date order. Make reconciliation Monthly Revenue, Monthly taxes (VAT output, Consumption Special Tax) against General Ledger accordingly. Submit monthly related taxes declaration for Chief Accountant approval in timely basis.

• Verifying and initial on daily revenue journal, ensuring that revenues have been classified to the correct general ledger code and department and submit to Chief Accountant for signature.

• Review rebate transactions for each day to ensure all adequate explanation and appropriate approvals. Ensure rebate has been processed using correct department code and make correction if necessary. Collate all rebate transactions for each day and forward to Chief Accountant and General Manager for approval.

• Review daily voided report and report any unexplained items to General Accountant. Provide a copy of voided report to Director of F&B/F&B Manager for approval.

• To verify that all F&B discounted checks are fully justified, properly recorded into POS system and to prepare subsequent report for Chief Accountant to sign.

• Review paid-out transactions for each day to ensure all adequate supporting and signature of guest.

• Review complimentary rooms list and ensure proper authorization has been provided for each room.

• Review banquet event postings and ensure revenues processed balance to individual Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and that all BEO’s have been posted by reference to the Banquet Daily Event List.

• Verify that the total cash settlements posted in the PMS system for the day balance to the total amount of cash deposited per the General Cashier report.

• Checking and verifying the list of commission of booking which go through gate way reservation

• Revenue accountant must control hotel red invoice, guest check, officer check, captain order, miscellaneous voucher according to the number used by staff who render the services daily in a master file.

• Issuing red invoice, transfer slip, captain order, miscellaneous voucher to outlet cashier. Request for cashier’s signature and remind them checking before signing.

1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position.

3. Knowledge of Opera (PMS), MICROS (POS), MS Excel

4. Able to read and write English.
