Security Supervisor (Giám sát An Ninh)

• Đảm bảo an ninh, an toàn cho khách, nhân viên, nhà thầu và tài sản của khách sạn.
• Giám sát, phân công và điều phối công việc trong bộ phận, đảm bảo thực hiện đúng quy trình và tiêu chuẩn của khách sạn.
• Kiểm tra việc tuần tra định kỳ tại các khu vực trong khách sạn; đánh giá, phát hiện và xử lý kịp thời các rủi ro về an ninh và an toàn.
• Giám sát việc kiểm soát ra/vào của khách, nhân viên, nhà thầu, nhà cung cấp và phương tiện theo đúng quy định.
• Giám sát hoạt động của hệ thống CCTV, hệ thống báo cháy, báo động và các thiết bị an ninh; phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý các sự cố kỹ thuật khi cần.
• Chỉ huy và phối hợp xử lý các tình huống khẩn cấp như cháy nổ, tai nạn, mất cắp, gây rối hoặc các sự cố an ninh khác.
• Đào tạo, hướng dẫn và đánh giá nhân viên an ninh về nghiệp vụ, quy trình làm việc và tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ.
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác trong việc đảm bảo an ninh, an toàn cho các hoạt động thường ngày, sự kiện và các yêu cầu đặc biệt của khách sạn.
• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Quản lý An ninh hoặc Ban Quản lý.

• Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, contractors, and hotel property.
• Supervise, assign, and coordinate departmental operations, ensuring all tasks are carried out in accordance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
• Oversee routine patrols throughout the hotel premises to identify potential security and safety risks, and direct timely corrective actions when necessary.
• Supervise access control for guests, employees, contractors, suppliers, and vehicles in compliance with hotel regulations.
• Monitor the operation of CCTV, fire alarm, intrusion alarm, and other security systems, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve technical issues when required.
• Lead and coordinate responses to emergencies, including fire, accidents, theft, disturbances, and other security incidents.
• Train, coach, and evaluate Security Officers on security operations, work procedures, and service standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain safety and security during daily operations, special events, and other hotel activities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Security Manager or Hotel Management.

• Có thể làm việc theo ca, ban đêm và ngày lễ.
• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm an ninh khách sạn/resort.
• Giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản là lợi thế.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or above; security-related certification is an advantage.
• Good physical condition; honest, alert, and responsible.
• Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and public holidays.
• Prior experience in hotel or resort security is preferred.
• Basic English communication is an advantage.
