Job Description

Support the Human Resources team in recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, coordinating interview schedules, and communicating with candidates.

Assist in the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and facilitating employee orientation.

Maintain and update employee records while ensuring accurate and organized personnel documentation.

Support the planning and execution of internal events, employee engagement initiatives, and corporate culture activities.

Assist in preparing periodic and ad hoc HR reports as required.

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department on various HR-related tasks as assigned.
