Mô tả công việc
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute recruitment plans in line with approved manpower requirements.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements through internal and external recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through various sourcing methods and employer branding initiatives.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with hospitality schools and relevant organizations to attract qualified talent.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare recruitment documentation and reports, and maintain accurate recruitment records and trackers.
- Collaborate with C&B, Administration, and Training teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process, including new hire orientation.
- Prepare regular recruitment and new hire reports for Management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments and work under pressure.
- Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
