Director of Sales & Marketing (Ho Chi Minh Based)

• As Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve revenue and room night targets.
• You'll lead and develop the hotel's commercial team, ensure tactical plans are effectively executed, and monitor performance to achieve business objectives.
• The role requires regular collaboration and direct interaction with the Area Director of Sales & Marketing to support the hotel's commercial success.

• 2 day - off per week/Hưởng 2 ngày nghỉ/tuần.
• At least 16 Annual Leave per year/Ít nhất 16 ngày phép/năm.

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field.

2. Service years in the field

• Four or more years of experience in a hospitality or resort sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team.

3. Knowledge and skills

• Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required.
• Good Communication and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation skill
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the resort, the brand and the Company.
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
• Tasks and Project Management Skills

4. Language:

• Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing)

5. Preferred (if required): Other languages.
