Recreation Attendant (Kid Club) / Nhân viên Giải trí

The Recreation Attendant is responsible for delivering safe, fun, and memorable leisure and fitness experiences for guests. The primary focus is to supervise, operate, and maintain the Kids Club and the Fitness Center (Gym), while actively supporting overall recreational activities and guest services.

Kids Club Operations & Child Care

• Guest Welcome: Warmly greet children and parents upon arrival, and accurately log registration details (child's name, room number/contact details, drop-off/pick-up times).
• Activity Coordination: Plan, organize, and lead engaging activities for children, such as arts and crafts, storytelling, painting, indoor games, and educational workshops according to the daily schedule.
• Safety & Supervision: Maintain constant supervision of children at all times to ensure a safe, secure, and positive environment within the facility.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep the Kids Club area clean, tidy, and organized; regularly sanitize toys, play equipment, and surfaces following hygiene standards.

Gym & Fitness Center Operations

• Guest Assistance: Assist guests with the proper and safe usage of fitness equipment (treadmills, weights, cardio machines, etc.).
• Equipment Monitoring: Regularly check the condition of all gym equipment, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance issues immediately to the engineering team.
• Service Standards: Ensure the gym is clean, organized, and fully stocked with fresh towels, drinking water, and sanitizing wipes for guest use.
• Health & Safety: Monitor guests during workouts for signs of distress and be prepared to respond to emergency situations or administer basic first aid.

General Recreation Duties

• Guest Relations: Provide information to guests regarding resort facilities, recreation schedules, and external activities.
• Event Support: Assist in setting up equipment and materials for special events, seasonal programs, or resort activities.
• Feedback Handling: Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and promptly, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality, sports science, early childhood education, or a related field is a strong plus.
• Experience: Previous experience working in a Kids Club, Gym, resort, or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
