Housekeeping Supervisor - Giám sát Buồng phòng

• Lead and assign daily tasks to Room Attendants and Housekeeping colleagues.

• Conduct regular inspections of guestrooms and public areas.

• Coordinate with Front Office to ensure room status is updated and rooms are ready for guests.

• Monitor cleanliness, guest requests and promptly follow up on any issues.

• Conduct daily briefings and provide on-the-job coaching to colleagues.

• Ensure proper use and control of linen, amenities, equipment and cleaning supplies.

• Support the Housekeeping management team in pre-opening activities and operational readiness.

• Minimum 1–2 years of Housekeeping experience in an international hotel/resort.

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor is preferred.

• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English.

• Hospitality-related qualification is preferred.

• Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
