Assistant Chief Engineering - Phó Kỹ sư Trưởng

• Assist the Chief Engineer in managing daily Engineering operations and maintenance activities.

• Supervise the Engineering team and ensure smooth operation of all building systems, equipment and facilities.

• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure reliability and operational efficiency.

• Conduct regular inspections and follow up on maintenance issues across the resort.

• Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair works.

• Ensure compliance with IHG standards, safety regulations and local requirements.

• Support energy, water and cost-saving initiatives within the resort.

• Assist with pre-opening activities, including equipment testing, commissioning, SOP implementation and operational readiness.

• Train, coach and develop Engineering colleagues to maintain high technical and safety standards.

• Minimum 5 years of Engineering experience in an international hotel/resort.

• Previous experience as Assistant Chief Engineer / Engineering Supervisor is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance and hotel engineering operations.

• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English.

• Engineering degree/diploma or relevant technical qualification.

• Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
