Engineering Supervisor - Giám sát Kỹ thuật

• Supervise daily Engineering operations and maintenance activities.

• Lead and assign tasks to Engineering technicians and ensure timely completion.

• Monitor the operation and condition of MEP systems, equipment and hotel facilities.

• Conduct regular inspections and promptly respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests.

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance are carried out according to standards.

• Coordinate with other departments and contractors to resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Monitor daily Engineering logs, maintenance records and equipment status.

• Ensure compliance with IHG standards, safety procedures and local regulations.

• Coach and train Engineering colleagues to maintain technical and safety standards.

• Support pre-opening activities, including equipment testing, commissioning and operational readiness.

• Minimum 2–3 years of Engineering experience in an international hotel/resort.

• Previous experience as an Engineering Supervisor or similar role is preferred.

• Good knowledge of MEP systems, hotel equipment and maintenance operations.

• Strong troubleshooting, leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Technical diploma/degree or relevant qualification.

• Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
