Management Accountant

2. To prepare the monthly reports to send to aid Heads of Departments for Resort BUs.

3. To prepare the accounting and statistical information with variance analysis for management on a monthly basis.

4. To prepare budgets and forecast for Resort BUs.

5. To supervise and direct accounting team monthly, quarterly and year-end stocktaking.

6. To be thoroughly familiar with the duties and responsibilities of all the accounting employees under his/her supervision.

7. To set guideline and deadline dates for each employee’s monthly work in order to endure timely financial reporting.

8. Ensure all accounts are reconciled monthly.

9. To assist in all areas of the department when required.

10. To assist in tax audit, internal and external audit.

11. To check monthly Tax Reports & do the monthly consolidation Tax Report for all BUs.

12. Coaches, counsels, disciplines and develops subordinate employees.

13. To ensure that an organized, up to date filling systems is maintained for all pertinent financial records.

14. Ethically honest and confidential.

15. To do the task assigned by the Management.

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the similar role
• Self-motivated, results-oriented
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
