Purchasing Manager – Quản lý Mua hàng

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive prices and terms.

• Source and evaluate suppliers in line with hotel requirements and IHG standards.

• Ensure all purchases meet required quality, quantity, specifications and delivery timelines.

• Monitor purchasing activities, inventory levels and procurement costs.

• Work closely with Finance, F&B, Engineering, Housekeeping and other departments to support operational needs.

• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, procedures, internal controls and local regulations.

• Support pre-opening activities, including supplier sourcing, OS&E/FF&E procurement and operational setup.

• Hỗ trợ chỗ ở cho nhân viên ở xa | Accommodation is provided for employees who live far from the resort.

• Minimum 5 years of Purchasing/Procurement experience, preferably in an international hotel/resort.

• Previous experience as a Purchasing Manager or similar role is preferred.

• Strong negotiation, supplier management and analytical skills.

• Good knowledge of hotel procurement, OS&E, FF&E and operational supplies.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Good command of English.

• Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing/inventory systems.

• Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
