Operations Manager

- Oversee and manage daily hotel operations across multiple departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.

- Ensure seamless guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and addressing guest concerns promptly.

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.

- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize resources to maximize profitability.

- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

- Conduct regular staff training programs to enhance skills, improve service, and maintain compliance with hotel standards.

- Monitor health and safety regulations to ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.

- Implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction and handle customer feedback effectively.

- Support the General Manager or Owner in executing business strategies and operational improvements.

- Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management review.

- Two-month probation period with full salary

- University diploma / degree, preferably in Tourism (or equivalent Hospitality and Tourism studies)

- High level of English and of a second language (preferably that spoken by the majority of the hotel clients).
