Director of Quality & Sustainability

- Be ensure that the product or service an organisation provides is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance and customer expectations.

- Monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system, produce data and report on performance, measure against set standards.

- Liaise with other Managers and Staff throughout the organisation to ensure that the quality management system is functioning properly. Where appropriate, advise on changes and how to implement them and provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards.

- Setup standards for quality as well as health and safety to make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards.

- Be use relevant quality tools and making sure Directors and other staff understand how to improve the business.

- Be make sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors.

- Two-month probation period with full salary

- Minimum 2 years of experience at equivalent position at 4 or 5-star hotels/resorts.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Hotel field.

- Strong leadership, training and organizational skills.

- Good English skills (other foreign language(s) is an advantage).
