REVENUE MANAGER

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and Rooms Revenue.
• Manage room pricing, inventory, promotions and restrictions based on demand, market trends and booking pace.
• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly and monthly forecasts, including BOB, pickup and revenue performance.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify pricing and revenue opportunities.
• Optimize room distribution across Direct, OTA, GDS, Wholesale and other channels, ensuring rate and inventory accuracy.
• Analyze performance against budget, forecast and market benchmarks, providing actionable recommendations to management.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing, Reservations, Front Office, Finance and E-commerce teams to maximize overall resort revenue.
• Monitor and maintain revenue-related data across PMS, RMS, CRS and Channel Manager systems.
• Prepare revenue reports, dashboards and presentations for the General Manager and Executive Committee.
• Lead and develop the Revenue/Reservations team, ensuring effective revenue management practices and commercial awareness..

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Management, preferably within a luxury hotel or 5-star resort environment.
• Previous experience as a Revenue Manager, Assistant Revenue Manager or equivalent commercial role is preferred.
• Strong experience in rooms revenue management, forecasting, pricing and distribution.
• Experience in a resort environment and leisure market is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of improving revenue performance and commercial results.
