Cluster Reservations Manager

• Lead and oversee the Reservations function across the cluster, ensuring efficient and accurate reservation operations.

• Manage daily reservations activities, room availability, bookings, amendments, cancellations and special requests.

• Work closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Front Office and Distribution teams to maximize occupancy, room revenue and inventory utilization.

• Ensure accurate room inventory, rates, packages, restrictions and booking information across all relevant systems and channels.

• Monitor reservation trends, booking pace, pickup and business on the books, providing timely updates and recommendations to management.

• Ensure all reservations are handled promptly and professionally, delivering a seamless guest experience from booking to arrival.

• Manage and maintain relationships with OTAs, travel agencies, tour operators, corporate accounts and other distribution partners as required.

• Ensure compliance with IHG policies, Holiday Inn standards and reservation procedures.

• Lead, train, coach and develop the Reservations team to achieve high service and operational standards.

• Monitor reservation reports, no-shows, cancellations, overbooking and room allocation to minimize revenue leakage and operational risks.

• Support the implementation and testing of reservation systems, interfaces and processes during pre-opening.

• Play a key role in pre-opening activities, including system setup, rate loading, inventory configuration, SOP development, team training and opening readiness.

• Minimum 5–7 years of Reservations experience in international hotels/resorts.

• Previous experience as Reservations Manager / Cluster Reservations Manager is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems, PMS, CRS and distribution channels.

• Good understanding of Revenue Management, room inventory and distribution.

• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Good command of English.

• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.

• Pre-opening / cluster experience is highly preferred.
