- Ensure that all instructions are handled as quickly as possible, without delay
- To be responsible for the mise-en-place, set up, all the table arrangements to ensure smooth service during the function
- Ensure that the service station are well stocked up for any short-coming in the service
- Attend pre-service briefing and explain to service staff the procedures of service the special dishes
- Inform the supervisor regarding any problems occurring within the shift
- Ensure that the staff have prepared and finished all site work designed
- Personally supervises the wait-staff throughout the function

• Good communication skill.

• Hard working, able to work under immense pressure and in a very fast paced working environment.
• Good health, mature and pleasant personality and very neat appearance.
• At least 2 years experience as the relevant position at 4 - 5 star hotel.
