Wellness Attendant (Gym/Onsen)

Trách nhiệm chính:

• Đón tiếp, hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ khách sử dụng các tiện ích Wellness như Gym, Sauna, Steam, Pool và các khu vực liên quan.
• Đảm bảo khu vực Wellness luôn sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, đầy đủ tiện nghi và an toàn.
• Kiểm tra tình trạng thiết bị, kịp thời báo cáo các sự cố hoặc vấn đề cần bảo trì.
• Hỗ trợ khách trong quá trình sử dụng dịch vụ, xử lý các yêu cầu và phản hồi của khách một cách chuyên nghiệp.
• Tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn về an toàn, vệ sinh và quy trình vận hành của khách sạn.
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ và trải nghiệm Wellness tốt nhất cho khách.
